Brief Summary of Job Roles (for fresh graduate)
The full software development life cycles, from head to tail.

• Provide application consulting, implementation and support services to clients. Discussion with clients to understands their requirements. Guide and dig out information from clients about the overall system flow and form a top down view.
• Conduct user requirement studies and documentation. Convert customer requirements into documentations.
• Design, and develop software application based on requirement specifications. You have to crack your mind to come out with intuitive, user friendly GUI and put them into system design specification. Design with the end users in mind.
• Conduct application integration testing, acceptance and implementation. Performing debugging, functional test. See how many bugs pop up. No software has no bug, just how you solve and handle them.
• Manage application change request and bug fixes. Response to users' change requests, ensure maximum customer satisfaction. A system must be useful to end users; else what's the purpose of having a computerized system? Don't scared your users away with difficult to use and complicated system. Rule of Thumb: “Keep It Simple” .
• Conduct user training and generate user guide documentation. Final stage , train your user on how to use your system, provide documentations for further reference.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or Computer Engineering or (other engineering field + love in software), Fresh graduate or with 1 - 2 years.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in .net, Visual Basic, SQL, ASP (and all the other skills that might not in the list)
• Good analytical skills and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Experience and knowledge in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to travel.
• Strong customer communication, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
